| The Manassas Training Center 1 is a 15,000 sq. ft. indoor tactical maze. Divided in to 5 distinct areas, the Center provides a challenging venue for the professional user and the recreational airsoft player. The facility is available for use by professionals and private groups in 4-hour blocks during the times listed above.
Opening soon- an additional 27,000 sq. ft. indoor and 7 acres of outdoor playable area.
Public Use
Weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday) we have public hours, and all play is walk-on. Rentals are available on a first-come, first-served basis, but if you let us know you have a specific number of players coming and a specific time during public hours, we can make sure rentals are available for you. If you come as a group, please bear in mind that your group would be participating with any other players at the facility. The cost for walk-on use is a $20.00 field fee per person, with an additional $20.00 for each rental needed. This fee covers the entire playing day, from open to close.

Professional Use
For reserved professional use, the cost is $450.00 per 4-hour block. This cost DOES NOT include any airsoft weaponry. M4 Carbine rifles are available for rent at $10.00 each, per day and include 1,000 rounds of airsoft ammunition. There is a discount for multiple blocks purchased for the same day. There is no restriction on class size, and classes in excess of 100 students can also rent MTC 2 for a reduced price to accommodate additional students.
Private Reservation
We do offer private use of the facility. The cost for this is $450.00 for a 4-hour block of time. This includes the facility, staff, and equipment for up to 15 players. Players over the 15 funded slots are charged at $30.00 each. Private use of the facility is subject to availability, and is first-come, first-served.
Private groups require a $100.00 deposit. The deposit is refundable if the group is cancelled with at least 5 days notice. Inside the 5 days, the deposit may be applied to a new date. Rescheduling may be done once per deposit. If a rescheduled date is cancelled, then the deposit is forfeited, and a new deposit will be required prior to scheduling a new event. |
